Submitted question covered in this blog:

"...Is this normal? How long does it takes?"

Thank you for submitting this question, as it can be frustrating or even discouraging to wait out the results of a magick spell taking it's due process to achieve the goal. Whether you've hired someone to do magick or if you're doing magick yourself, patience can be important to allow the under workings of a spell to manifest. be patient and allow the time needed. Everything takes its order and course of action to achieve the desired outcome.

Be careful what you wish for! This is why I feel that it is extremely important to understand all that is involved, all considerations and as well as all possible consequences, before doing a spell. There is lots of information on Shadow Work!

As mentioned in this previous blog entry: https://www.askagreywitch.com/post/practitioners-for-hire Practitioners for Hire,

Take time to analyze for yourself why exactly you need someone else to do the spell workings for you. Is it because of confidence in your self, or purhaps you're still in a "broom closet" so-to-speak, (more about that is available in this orbits blog entry: https://www.askagreywitch.com/post/out-of-the-broom-closet Out of the broomcloset), or maybe you just feel like you don't have the exact skill or energy to complete it... this previous blog entry in shadow work may study be helpful: https://www.askagreywitch.com/post/think-about-one-thing-that-bothers-you The importance of Shadow Work.

It is in hopes that the above blog links are also helpful.

Hi, I would like to know your opinion. Local witch has made love spell for me 3 weeks ago. The spell was: I was represented by red small candle and man i want was represented by white long cande. Red candle lit white candle through rope. The person the spell was aimed at is now confused between me and his girlfriend with whom he had been arguing before the spell. And now he has stopped talking to me. Is it normal? Do you have an experiences with something like this? How long does it takes?

In my experience, guiding someone else to do their own spell work is way more affective then doing the spell for them. If/when someone asks me to do spell work for them, i do not do it for them. Instead, I tend to offer them a consultation for them to do the spell themselves. Only they would know their innermost desires and connect most with their own intentions. No other practitioner is going to know exactly what you want and all of the details that are involved. There is a risk in getting someone else to do spells for you that the desired outcome may be skewed or not exactly what you were hoping for based on the practitioner's interpretation of the ask.

The wide range of diversity in practices means that no two practitioners will approach their craft in exactly the same way, leading to a rich tapestry of methodologies and outcomes within the realm of magick. Every practitioner is different from the next, each embodies a distinct blend of life experiences, beliefs, and approaches that shape their understanding and practice in the craft. This individuality is due to a variety of factors, including cultural backgrounds, personal philosophy, and the specific traditions they choose to follow. For instance, one practitioner may draw heavily from ancient texts and rituals, while another may prefer a more intuitive and spontaneous approach to their magickal workings.

Each magickal working is unique, influenced not only by the practitioner's personal style but also by the specific intention behind the working. The context in which a spell is cast, the tools used, and the energies invoked can all vary greatly from one working to another. For example, a love spell might be intricately designed with specific herbs and candles that resonate with the practitioner's intention, while a protection spell might focus on different elements altogether, such as crystals or symbols that hold personal significance. This uniqueness is further enhanced by the practitioner's emotional state, the phase of the moon, and even the time of day, all of which can play crucial roles in the effectiveness and energy of the working. The interplay of these many diverse factors contributes to the complexity and individuality of each magickal endeavor, making the practice of magick a deeply personal and evolving journey for every practitioner.

There is only influence, considering free will can not be controlled. It is ultimately the decision of the target of the spell to follow through with whatever influences are involved. in this example, If the person has stopped talking to you, they may be working through the process needed, or have decided what is best for them during this time, considering the influences of the magick used. More information about love spells is available in this previous blog entry: https://www.askagreywitch.com/post/love-spells-good-vs-bad Love Spells: Good VS Bad.
