Thank you to those who were able to attend the Sacred Meadow Circle Virtual Gathering with the suggested topic of discussion about Seeing The Future.

The meeting began with a discussion on premonition and its differences from precognition, where participants shared personal experiences and explored ways to enhance these abilities.

The group then discussed various topics, including psychic abilities, intuition development, and personal experiences with premonitions.  We discussed the potential for both positive and negative premonitions, and it was emphasized that premonitions can serve as warning signs.

The conversation continued with a brief discussion on psychic abilities and channeling, explaining that channeling is a technique used to tap into intuition.   We shared personal experiences with premonitions and intuition, and a participant shared a story about a muddy incident that could have been prevented if she had shared her premonition, highlighting that confidence is key. 

We also talked about precognitive dreams and explored ways to handle premonitions about others.  Careful communication was advised, and testing intuition was recommended through low-risk scenarios to practice to develop, and trust intuition, including exercises like intuitive testing, colour visualization, and body scanning. 

It was emphasized that the goal is not to prove intuition, but rather to pay close attention to the process involved.  We talked about various types of intuition and premonitions, such as four common types shared: emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical.

We also shared personal experiences of receiving premonitions, including physical sensations like shivers and gut feelings.  

The conversation concluded with discussions about strategies, personal history and cultural backgrounds, and journeys of self-discovery and spiritual growth.
