Thank you to those who were able to attend the Sacred Meadow Circle Virtual Gathering with the suggested topic of discussion about Auras.

The meeting started with shared experiences of seeing aura.  One participant explained it like a static, energy-like aura around everything, which is described as similar to a snowy TV screen. Another explained an experience of feeling and seeing auras through a Reiki practice, associating colours with different chakras. Someone else noted a need to put effort into seeing auras, while others discussed the possibility of auras having temperature or emotional qualities. Bryan explained the scientific perspective on auras, emphasizing the effect of energy rather than the visual representation. The group discussed practices for detecting auras, including the white wall exercise and working with a partner.

An interesting historical perspective on the origin of the broomstick riding tradition was also shared when the question arose.  The group discussed various experiences and perspectives on aura reading and energy sensing. It was explained the difference between casual impressions and deeper energy readings, emphasizing the importance of consent and personal boundaries. An ability to sense the gender of unborn children and other experiences were shared. 

The discussion explored the concept of dark or shadow work in healing, with several members sharing their experiences of being drawn to and exploring the unknown aspects of energy and consciousness. The group discussed their experiences with intuitive and spiritual sensations, including Reiki sessions, temperature changes, and gut feelings being tied to auras.

They shared personal stories about sensing energy, receiving messages, and trusting their intuition. Starting a card-reading practice as a way to develop intuition was mentioned. Bryan advised to pay attention to how it felt during both correct and incorrect reading results to learn from the process.

The conversation concluded with Bryan encouraging to be open-minded and critical in an exploration of intuitive aura sensing practices.
