it was explained that shadow work involves confronting and integrating one's darker aspects, which can enhance spellcasting by increasing personal power and authenticity.  We discussed the concept of shadow work, explaining that it involves understanding and addressing hidden aspects of the self that are not shared with others. We emphasized that these shadows can be influenced by upbringing and society, and working through them can lead to better self-awareness and improved relationships. 

The group also discussed the balance between spiritual and medical approaches to healing.  The conversation led to the concept of shadow work, its origins in psychology and its integration into magical practices. Bryan explained that Carl Jung coined the term "shadow" to describe the hidden aspects of the psyche that people project onto others. The discussion explored various methods of shadow work, including mirror magick, affirmations, and the 3-2-1 method as examples.

Personal experiences were shared with shadow work, overcoming negative emotions and transforming them into positive energy.

The group also discussed how shadow work can enhance spellcasting by helping practitioners understand and address their inner shadows before performing magick. It was recommended to keep a "Book of Mirrors" to track personal growth and reflections, and provide resources for shadow work exercises and journaling prompts.

As an example, a bucket list was mentioned and how it relates to shadow work, emphasizing the importance of analyzing achievable goals and focusing on personal growth. We explored how shadow work can go alongside various ways to manifest growth, wealth and success.
