Bryan emphasized that the key to effective shielding is intention and suggested not relying solely on oneself but also seeking assistance from deities or ancestors. We explored how raising one's vibration can lead to a greater awareness of lower vibrational energies around us, and the importance of setting boundaries to protect oneself.

The group also discussed the concept of curses, including how to detect and remove them, as well as the importance of shadow work in dealing with negative energies.
